I guess you could call me an entrepreneur, but that's a loaded term. Currently, I spend my days as the Director of Business Development at SEOmoz, managing our API business and helping out on the acquisition front. Over my years in the technology space (which started at the age of 18), I've played the role of startup founder and startup accelerator. During that time, I've grown passionate about technology that is beautifully designed, simplistically crafted and built to make our lives easier -- it's what I strive for in the products that I build. My work has been routinely recognized across an array of technology blogs, I've mentored at groups like Startup Weekend and Teens In Tech and my words are occasionally found in major print publications, books and around the web. Also, I'm terribly important. Currently, I live in downtown Seattle and spend my evenings huddled around my MacBook Air, 2 iPhones and 4 coffee machines.
